Bhagwan Vishnu saved Mother Earth

This story teaches us that god comes in different forms to protect us.

Story of Varaha Avatar

Story

A long time ago, the Earth was in great danger. A powerful demon named Hiranyaksha had become very proud and cruel. He had received a boon that he could not be defeated by any god or man.

He wanted to rule over everyone and everything. To show his power, he took Mother Earth and hid her deep under the ocean. The world became dark and scary, and all the gods were worried.

The gods went to Bhagwan Vishnu for help. Bhagwan Vishnu is the protector of the universe, and he promised to save the Earth. To do this, he took his third avatar, the form of a giant boar called Varaha. He roared loudly, shaking the heavens, and dived into the deep ocean.

In the dark depths, Bhagwan Varaha found Mother Earth. He gently lifted her on his strong tusks and began to rise to the surface. On seeing this, Hiranyaksha became very angry. He challenged Bhagwan Varaha to a fight.

A fierce battle began between the demon and Bhagwan Varaha. They fought for a long time, shaking the ocean with their power. Finally, Bhagwan Varaha defeated Hiranyaksha and saved Mother Earth. He placed her back in her place in the universe, safe and sound.
