1. The Monkeys and the River

It was a hot afternoon in the forest, and a group of monkeys came to the river to drink water. They laughed, splashed, and played near the bank. Suddenly, a baby monkey slipped on a wet stone and fell into the rushing river! “Help! Help!” cried the baby as the water carried it away. The other monkeys grew worried but didn’t waste a moment. The eldest monkey shouted, “Quick! Let’s make a chain!” One monkey held a tree branch, another held his tail, and then another joined in. Soon, a long chain of monkeys stretched toward the river. The smallest monkey at the end reached out and grabbed the baby just in time! All the monkeys pulled together with all their strength. With a big splash, they lifted the baby safely onto the shore. The little one shivered but smiled, thankful for the rescue. All the monkeys hugged it tightly and cheered with joy. The leader said proudly, “When we work together, nothing can defeat us.” The monkeys jumped around happily, their friendship stronger than ever.
Moral: Teamwork can save lives and make us stronger together.
2. The Village Garden

In a quiet little village, four best friends - Ravi, Meena, Ali, and Tara loved spending time outdoors. One day, Ravi said, “Let’s make our village more colorful! Let’s grow a garden!” Everyone agreed excitedly and ran home to bring what they could. Ravi brought a handful of seeds, Meena fetched pots of water, and Ali picked up a small spade to loosen the soil. Tara smiled and said, “I’ll paint pretty name boards for each plant!” They worked together happily under the warm sun, digging, planting, and watering. Every morning, they checked on the seeds, and soon, tiny green shoots began to peek out from the soil. Days passed, and the plants grew taller, bursting into bright flowers of red, yellow, pink, and purple. Villagers stopped by, amazed at how lovely the garden looked. “Such beautiful teamwork!” said an elderly man of the village. The four friends smiled; they had turned a dusty corner into a garden full of life. That evening, they sat together watching the sunset, feeling happy and proud.
Moral: Working together brings beautiful results.
3. The School Wall Painting

At Greenfield School, the playground wall looked plain and dull. One morning, the teacher said, “Let’s turn this wall into something colorful!” The children jumped with excitement and quickly brought brushes, paints, and ideas. Riya began drawing bright red flowers, while Aarav painted a smiling yellow sun. Maya added colorful butterflies fluttering above the flowers. Rohan mixed the paints carefully and made sure no one spilled them. Little Kavya painted clouds and birds, while Arjun drew a rainbow stretching across the wall. Laughter and songs filled the playground as everyone worked together. Splashes of color covered their hands and faces, but no one minded, as it was too much fun! By evening, the dull wall had turned into a beautiful picture full of joy and life. When their teacher saw it, she clapped and said, “You’ve turned teamwork into art!” They realized it wasn’t about who painted the best; it was about creating something lovely together.
Moral: Great things happen when we work as one.
4. The Stuck Wagon

One rainy morning, a farmer was riding his wagon full of vegetables to the market. The road was muddy and slippery after the heavy rain. Suddenly, the wagon’s wheels sank deep into the mud and wouldn’t move! The farmer pulled the reins and said, “Come on, horses, pull harder!” But the wagon didn’t move an inch. He sighed sadly, “Oh dear, I can’t do this alone.”
Just then, a shepherd was passing by with his sheep and cows. When he saw the farmer’s wagon stuck, he stopped and said, “Don’t worry, friend. We’ll help you!” The shepherd called his animals, and together they gathered around the wagon. “Ready? One, two, three-push!” shouted the shepherd. The cows pushed from behind, the sheep leaned against the wheels, and the horses pulled from the front.
With one big effort, the wagon began to roll, and finally, it came free from the mud! The farmer smiled gratefully. “Thank you, my friend, and thank you, team! ”Everyone laughed happily, proud of what they had done together.
Moral: Teamwork can make even the hardest task easy.
5. The Ducks and the Storm

One sunny morning, a family of ducks paddled happily across the pond. Mama Duck led the way while her five fluffy ducklings followed in a neat little line. But suddenly, dark clouds began to gather in the sky. The wind started blowing, and soon heavy rain began to pour. The calm pond turned rough, and waves began to splash around the tiny ducklings. “Oh no!” cried one duckling, drifting away from the group. “Stay close, my little ones!” quacked Mama Duck loudly. Quickly, she guided them to form a small circle in the water, heads facing in, wings touching tight. The ducklings huddled together, feeling the warmth and safety of their family. The wind pushed and the rain poured, but they didn’t let go of each other. After a while, the storm slowly passed, and sunlight peeked through the clouds. The pond became calm again, and the ducks gently floated to the shore. Mama Duck smiled proudly. “See, my darlings? When we stay together, no storm can scare us. ”The ducklings chirped happily, shaking off the last drops of rain.
Moral: Staying united keeps us safe in tough times.
