1. Chaupai
जे गुर चरन रेनु सिर धरहीं। ते जनु सकल बिभव बस करहीं॥
मोहि सम यहु अनुभयउ न दूजें। सबु पायउँ रज पावनि पूजें॥
Je guru charan renu sir dharahin। Te janu sakal bibhav bas karahin॥
Mohi sam yahu anubhayau na dooje। Sab paayun raj paavan pooje॥
Meaning (अर्थ)
Those who place the dust of the Guru's feet upon their heads, it is as though they have all the world's wealth under their control. I have experienced no joy greater than this; I have attained everything by worshipping the sacred dust of the Guru's feet.
जो लोग गुरु के चरणों की धूल को अपने सिर पर रखते हैं, ऐसा लगता है जैसे उन्होंने दुनिया की सारी दौलत अपने वश में कर ली हो। मैंने इससे ज़्यादा खुशी कभी महसूस नहीं की; गुरु के चरणों की पवित्र धूल की पूजा करके मैंने सब कुछ पा लिया है।
Message (संदेश)

बरनि राम गुन सीलु सुभाऊ। बोले प्रेम पुलकि मुनिराऊ॥
भूप सजेउ अभिषेक समाजू। चाहत देन तुम्हहि जुबराजू
Barani Ram gun seel subhaau. Bole prem pulaki muniraau
Bhoop sajeu abhishek samaju Chaahat den tumhahi jubaraaju.
Meaning (अर्थ)
The sage happily spoke with love, praising Shri Ram’s good qualities and kind nature, the king (Dasharatha) had prepared for the crowning ceremony. And desires to crown you as the prince (Yuvaraja).
भगवान राम की अच्छाई, चरित्र और उत्तम गुणों की प्रशंसा करते हुए, ऋषि प्रेम और आनंद से प्रभावित होकर कांपती हुई आवाज़ में बोले, राजा दशरथ ने राजतिलक की तैयारी की है और आपको युवराज के रूप में राज्याभिषेक करने की इच्छा जताई है।
Message (संदेश)
Bhagwan Ram is loved by everyone because of his goodness, kindness, and fairness. Because of his personality and loving nature, he was to be crowned as a king. We can learn to be kind, helpful, and always choose what is right, like Bhagwan Ram.
भगवान राम को उनकी भलाई, दया और न्यायप्रियता के कारण प्यार किया जाता है। उनके व्यक्तित्व और प्रेमपूर्ण स्वभाव के कारण, उन्हें राजा के रूप में राज्याभिषेक के लिए चुना गया। हम उनसे यह सीख सकते हैं कि हमें दयालु होना चाहिए, दूसरों की मदद करनी चाहिए और हमेशा सही रास्ता चुनना चाहिए।

3. Chaupai
सबहि रामु प्रिय जेहि बिधि मोही। प्रभु असीस जनु तनु धरि सोही॥
बिप्र सहित परिवार गोसाईं। करहिं छोहु सब रौरिहि नाईं॥
Sabahi Ramu Priya Jehi Bidhi Mohi। Prabhu Asees Janu Tanu Dhari Sohee॥
Bipra Sahit Pariwar Gosain। Karahin Chohu Sab Raurihi Nain॥
Meaning (अर्थ)
Everyone loves Shri Ram just like I do. It feels like your blessings have taken a beautiful form as Shri Ram. All the wise and good people, along with their families, love Him as much as you love him.
सबको श्रीराम वैसे ही प्रिय हैं, जैसे मुझे हैं। ऐसा लगता है कि आपके आशीर्वाद ने ही सुंदर रूप लेकर श्रीराम का रूप लिया है। हे स्वामी! सभी समझदार और अच्छे लोग अपने परिवार के साथ श्रीराम से उतना ही प्रेम करते हैं, जितना आप उनसे करते हैं।
Message (संदेश)
Shri Ram loves everyone and blesses us all. When we live happily with our family and friends, just like in Shri Ram’s world, life becomes joyful and full of love.
श्री राम सभी से प्रेम करते हैं और सबको आशीर्वाद देते हैं। जब हम अपने परिवार और दोस्तों के साथ खुशी से रहते हैं, ठीक वैसे ही जैसे श्री राम के संसार में, तब जीवन आनंद और प्रेम से भर जाता है।

Meaning (अर्थ)
Wherever I go and whatever actions I perform, Bhagwan Ram is always there with me. I am the servant, and He is my wise master. Let me never be separated from Him, nor should I ever leave His side.
जहाँ भी मैं जाता हूँ और जो भी कार्य करता हूँ, भगवान राम हमेशा मेरे साथ रहते हैं। मैं उनका सेवक हूँ, और वे मेरे ज्ञानवान स्वामी हैं। मैं कभी उनसे अलग न होऊँ और न ही वे मुझसे।
Message (संदेश)
Dear Children, Shri Ram is always with you, wherever you go! He loves you and stays with you like a close and caring friend. Whenever you do something, remember that Bhagwan Ram is watching and helping you. Always try to be good and stay connected to Him by praying to Him.

नहिं असत्य सम पातक पुंजा। गिरि सम होहिं कि कोटिक गुंजा॥
सत्यमूल सब सुकृत सुहाए। बेद पुरान बिदित मनु गाए॥3॥

Meaning (अर्थ)
There is no sin greater than falsehood; even a mountain of sins can be overcome by good deeds rooted in truth. Truth is the foundation of all virtuous and beautiful deeds; the Vedas, Puranas, and Manu Smriti all proclaim this truth.
झूठ से बड़ा कोई पाप नहीं है। सत्य पर आधारित अच्छे कर्मों से पापों का पहाड़ भी दूर किया जा सकता है। सत्य सभी पुण्य और सुंदर कर्मों की नींव है। वेद, पुराण और मनु स्मृति सभी इस सत्य की घोषणा करते हैं।

Telling the truth is very important because the truth makes us good and strong. Even if we make mistakes, being honest helps us learn and grow. Children, honesty, and truthfulness are the root of all good qualities, so always speak the truth to your teachers, parents, and friends.

झूठेहुँ हमहि दोषु जनि देहू। दुइ कै चारि मागि मकु लेहू॥
रघुकुल रीति सदा चलि आई। प्रान जाहुँ परु बचनु न जाई॥
Jhoothehu hamahi dosh jani dehu। Dui kai chari maagi maku lehu॥
Raghukul reeti sada chali aai। Praan jaahun par bachan na jaai॥
Meaning (अर्थ)
King Dashrath says, Do not falsely blame me. Take two or even four boons, if you wish. In the Raghu dynasty, it has always been the tradition that lives may be lost, but a promise is never broken.
राजा दशरथ कहते हैं मुझ पर झूठा दोष मत लगाओ। अगर चाहो तो दो या चार वरदान ले लो। रघु वंश में यह हमेशा परंपरा रही है कि जान जा सकती है, लेकिन वचन कभी नहीं तोड़ा जाता।
Message (संदेश)
King Dasharatha shows us that keeping our promises is very important, even when it’s hard. Dear children, even when faced with a hard situation, like keeping a difficult promise, staying strong and honest is the right thing to do.
राजा दशरथ हमें यह सिखाते हैं कि अपने वादों को निभाना बहुत ज़रूरी है, चाहे वह कितना भी कठिन क्यों न हो। प्यारे बच्चों, जब हमें कोई कठिन वचन निभाने जैसी मुश्किल स्थिति का सामना करना पड़े, तो मजबूत और ईमानदार रहना ही सही है।

7. Chaupai
सोइ जानइ जेहि देहु जनाई। जानत तुम्हहि तुम्हइ होइ जाई॥ तुम्हरिहि कृपाँ तुम्हहि रघुनंदन। जानहिं भगत भगत उर चंदन॥
Soi janai jehi dehu janai Janat tumhahi tumhahi hoi jai
Tumharihi kripa tumhahi Raghunandan Janahi bhagat bhagat ur chandan
Meaning (अर्थ)
This chaupai talks about the true understanding of God, which comes only through His grace. It is only when God chooses to reveal Himself that a devotee can truly know Him. Once they know Him, they lose their separate identity and merge with him. The verse also compares God to sandalwood, which fills the hearts of devotees with its soothing fragrance, representing peace, devotion, and divine love.
यह चौपाई बताती है कि भगवान को सही रूप में समझना केवल उनकी कृपा से ही संभव है। जब भगवान खुद को प्रकट करते हैं, तभी भक्त उन्हें वास्तव में जान पाते हैं। जब भक्त उन्हें जान लेते हैं, तो उनकी अलग पहचान मिट जाती है और वे भगवान के साथ एक हो जाते हैं। इस दोहे में भगवान की तुलना चंदन से की गई है, जो भक्तों के हृदय को अपनी सुगंध से भर देता है। यह सुगंध शांति, भक्ति और दिव्य प्रेम का प्रतीक है।

Dear children, if we pray with a pure heart, God will always guide us and fill our lives with joy. Remember, God’s grace helps us understand Him and stay on the path of goodness.
प्यारे बच्चो, अगर हम सच्चे मन से प्रार्थना करें, तो भगवान हमेशा हमारा मार्गदर्शन करेंगे और हमारे जीवन को खुशियों से भर देंगे। याद रखें, भगवान की कृपा से ही हम उन्हें समझ सकते हैं और अच्छे रास्ते पर चल सकते हैं।
8. Chaupai
चिदानंदमय देह तुम्हारी। बिगत बिकार जान अधिकारी॥
नर तनु धरेहु संत सुर काजा। कहहु करहु जस प्राकृत राजा॥
Chidanandamay deh tumhari Bigat vikar jan adhikari
Nar tanu dharehu sant sur kaja Kahahu karahu jas prakrit raja
Meaning (अर्थ)
This chaupai praises Bhagwan Ram as the symbol of consciousness (Chit) and bliss (Ānanda), highlighting His divine nature, free from any faults or imperfections. Though He is beyond the limitations of the physical world, He took the form of a human to fulfil the purpose of helping saints and deities. Despite his divine nature, Bhagwan Ram lived and acted like an ordinary human king to teach and inspire humanity.
यह चौपाई भगवान राम की प्रशंसा करती है, जो चेतना (चित) और आनंद के प्रतीक हैं। यह उनके दिव्य स्वभाव को दर्शाती है, जो सभी दोषों से मुक्त है। वे भौतिक दुनिया की सीमाओं से परे हैं, फिर भी उन्होंने मानव रूप में अवतार लिया ताकि संतों और देवताओं की सहायता कर सकें। अपने दिव्य स्वभाव के बावजूद, भगवान राम ने एक साधारण राजा की तरह जीवन जिया और मानवता को सिखाने और प्रेरित करने का कार्य किया।
